How do I make a complaint?
You may make a complaint by any of the following means:
- Verbally to a member of staff
- By telephone 074 9129630
- By letter to Donegal Youth Service, 16-18 Port Road, Letterkenny, Co Donegal
- By email to firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens then?
The complaint is recorded on a Complaint Action Form. If possible, the staff member will resolve the complaint there and then. If the complaint has not been resolved within 2 weeks then an update on progress shall be given to the complainant at least every 2 weeks until the complaint has been resolved.
All complaints shall be dealt with fairly and in accordance with our Child Protection and associated policies. Your complaint shall also be handled without prejudice to you regardless of the nature of the complaint.
What can I do if I am not happy with the resolution?
You may refer the complaint to the Management team, please contact us.
