Love was in the air yesterday in the Letterkenny Youth Information Centre!

Service users, staff, and well anybody who popped their heads in the door were invited to share a positive message about love on the heart shaped black board. You can see the wonderful results below!

Some cool Valentine’s facts:

1. Some of St. Valentine’s remains are resting in the Carmelite Whitefriar Street Church in Dublin
2. St. Valentine is also the patron saint of epilepsy
3. It’s estimated that Americans will spend $18.2 billion on Valentine’s day this year
4. It is also Singles Awareness Day – so there’s no excuse to not treat yourself!  It’s the 15th today so there’s a good chance there will be some lovely chocolate sales in the shops.  Enjoy!
