Meet our Youth Advisory Commitee

Letterkenny Youth Information Centre has an established Youth Advisory Committee (YIC YAC).  The YIC YAC comprises of 10 young people who are regular users of the Centre. 

The group has developed a constitution, appointed office bearing e.g. Chairperson and produce minutes.  They meet every two weeks, where relevant issues are discussed and recommendations are made. 

This system provides a means for young people to influence the decision making and direction of the Youth Information Centre and DYS. If you would like to get involved talk to a member of staff.
