Funding

Daybreak is funded by the Office of
the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs under the Special Projects for
Youth (SPY) fund. As this funding does not fully fund Daybreak, additional
funds are sourced on an on-going basis.

Outreach up and running again!

We are delighted to announce that we are once again running an outreach dimension of the programme. on Fridays based in Planet Youth, Ballybofey.The outreach programme is run in conjunction with the Stranorlar Schools Completion Programme and is attended by referred students from St. Columbas and Finn Valley College.We would like to welcome and thank Sadie the new  Stranorlar Schools Completion Co-ordinator to her post and also a big thank you and welcome to Patricia and David, both teachers from the schools who help us on Fridays.

Study Group Wednesday Afternoons 4-5pm

Daybreak are running a study group for young people aged 12 -15 who require additional support with school work to enable them to remain in full-time education.

We are currently open Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4 to 6pm. Please note, entry is also by referral system. 

We will cover all subjects. It's free and it'll be fun!
